Normal 3D SD-OCT data from Heidelberg imaging device for vessel segmentation

This dataset contains 24 3D macular SD-OCT images (along with SLO images) obtained from eyes without pathologies using Heidelberg HRA OCT scanner imaging system in Ophthalmology Dept., Noor Hospital, Tehran, Iran. Each dataset consisted of a SLO image and limited number of OCT scan in 496×512 sizes instantly(namely, for a data with 19 selected OCT slices, the whole data size was 496×512×19). All pixels in the SLO images were labeled as either “vessel” or “non-vessel” manually to make a standard in evaluation of the proposed method (named vesselManual for each patient). Each patient has two files in 'vol' format and 'jpg' format which are entitled in “Normal_Heidelberg1” to “Normal_Heidelberg24”. A function called "read_vol_function" is also provided to read each data  in matlab software.

 One sample is already removed from this dataset for anonymity issues (named "Normal_Heidelberg12");
